Getting started
Install the Notelo Chrome extension, sign in with Google, and open a Google Meet. When you are ready, open Notelo and start capturing your meeting.
I can't sign in with Google
Make sure you are using a supported version of Google Chrome and that the Notelo extension is enabled. If the issue continues, restart Chrome and try signing in again.
Notelo isn't detecting my Google Meet
Make sure you have joined a meeting at meet.google.com and that the Notelo extension has permission to access Google Meet. Then reopen the extension and try again.
Meeting recording or transcription issues
If a meeting does not process correctly, make sure the meeting is still active and your internet connection is stable. You can also restart the extension and try again.
Privacy and security
Notelo uses Google authentication to identify your account. Meeting data is processed only to provide Notelo's meeting-note and transcription features.
